In 1993 I was in debt of 5 million which is the equivalent of about 30 million today.
5 years later in 1998 I retired.
Many people wanted to know how I did it, so I started giving seminars and wrote a book called “The Streetwise Millionaire – How To Retire In 5 Years or Less”
I used simple basic tools which work.
My methods work because they are based on truth and fact.
These methods have been developed from my own real life experiences and the streetwise principles I developed from many years of research and study.
I also proved that you don’t need money, special talents, luck or a formal education to become rich.
ANYONE can become rich and happy if they just do things in a certain way.
It’s very easy and simple.
I have friends who are multi millionaires and billionaires and they all share the same secret of doing things in a certain way.
I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and lived in the middle class suburb of Berea. I made my first property investment at the age of 20
I studied for a Bachelor Of Commerce Degree at WITS University in Johannesburg. I never got the degree because I decided to leave University and go into business.
I started out in business at age of 22 with very little money during tough economic times.
My first few months in business was extremely difficult until I started doing things in a certain way and then my business took off.
I had discovered the miracle of “Streetwise Principles”
At the age of 30 I reached my financial goal and could have retired.
In the early 1990′s at the age of 40 during the recession, and non existent real estate market, I lost nearly all the wealth I had created, on the Stock Market and was technically bankrupt. I made the mistake of using “borrowed money” to play the stock market.
This was a low point in my life and I went through extremely tough times. Things got so bad that I thought suicide was the only way out.
After many years of hard work, focus, discipline, perseverance and patience I got himself out of the mess and at the same time created immense wealth.
I also climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 1996 and represented South Africa in the sport of Windsurfing.
My other interests are kiteboarding, paragliding, gym & swimming.
The past 12 years I have been teaching people how to make money using real life experiences.
A few people have become millionaires within 4 years from my teachings.
